Two opposing needs, two levels
Understanding a dossier you have received means reading volume quickly: the Essential level is enough, and a 15,000-word specification costs less than one hundred euros. Drafting a response to send is the opposite: the technical memorandum is read by a panel that marks clarity. The Professional level, or even Premium, is called for.
Many companies do both for the same tender: Essential to go through the dossier, Professional for the memorandum.

A tender dossier is made up of pricing tables, schedules, timelines, compliance matrices. Translating text outside its grid is useless: it's the cell that must change language, not the table that must be rebuilt. Excel and Word files come back with their structure.
